My name is Nicole Kaiser and I am a first year PhD student specializing in STEM and Ocean Conservation. I am excited to be pursuing a career in academia and research with dreams to be one day a university professor and also a professional filmmaker. I aim to bring to screen narratives about environmental issues that will engage the conscious of the public.
I strive to gain knowledge and immerse myself in different coastal ecosystems through travel and engagement with local communities. Combining my multidisciplinary skillsets in biology, computational science, film, and statistics, my goal is to support adaptive practices in communities so that they can continue to sustainably use their resources.
